1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FWSR ("the Service"), operated by FWSR Consultancy GmbH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FWSR provides an AI-powered sustainability compliance assessment tool for fashion brands preparing for Berlin Fashion Week. The Service includes compliance assessments, guided preparation sessions, and document generation.

3. Important Disclaimers

• The Service provides guidance based on publicly available FCG documentation
• Final compliance decisions are made solely by Fashion Council Germany
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our Service
• Users are responsible for verifying all information with official FCG sources

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Pricing and Payment

FWSR offers the following tiers:

• Free Assessment: Basic compliance check at no cost
• Prep Tool: €990 one-time payment for full access until July 2026

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to premium features, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you have concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

• Documents you generate using FWSR belong to you
• The FWSR platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our property
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated documents as a service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FWSR Consultancy GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
